Rohan leads our Origination team at Qualitas, responsible for leading the origination strategy and business development activities across the firm's private credit platform nationally. With more than more than 30 years' experience in real estate finance, he is recognised for his expertise in structuring complex transactions and delivering tailored capital solutions for developers, investors and institutional counterparties.
Throughout his career, he has advised on and executed a wide range of acquisition, development and investment financing transactions across multiple real estate sectors.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Rohan held senior positions in the real estate finance industry. He began his career as a solicitor with Holding Redlich, where he developed the legal and commercial foundations that continue to inform his approach to structuring and executing transactions.
