Richa is Associate Director, Origination at Qualitas, responsible for transaction origination and managing relationships with key clients. She brings 13 years of experience in equity and debt deal structuring.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Richa held roles at Madigan, Stockland and Cushman & Wakefield, gaining experience across real estate investment, advisory and transaction execution. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer) and is a CFA Level III candidate.
