Preshen leads Operations and Enterprise Risk at Qualitas, with responsibility for the financial reporting, investment operations, and risk and compliance functions that form the operational and governance backbone of the firm's fund management platform.
Having built his career across South Africa, Australia, and the United Kingdom, Preshen brings an international perspective shaped by audit and assurance experience at KPMG across banking, capital markets, and financial services. He joined Qualitas in 2021 and has held progressive leadership roles across the business before assuming his current position.
He holds a Chartered Accountant qualification and is based in Melbourne.
