Nicolas is a Managing Director at Starz Real Estate, where he is responsible for the Asset Management of all the loans originated by Starz. Nicolas has over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and commercial real estate debt.
Nicolas joined Starz from Situs Asset Management, where he was the head of Loan Advisory and previously head of Special Servicing with responsibilities for underwriting and managing balance sheet and securitised non-performing loans across all European jurisdictions.
Prior to Situs, Nicolas was a Director at Morgan Stanley in the Special Servicing team focused on restructuring and recovering CMBS defaulted debt in continental Europe. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Nicolas held several roles with Hatfield Philips and BNP Paribas.
Fluent in French, English, German and Italian, Nicolas holds a Master’s Degree from Neoma Business School in France and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
