Madeleine leads Transaction Management and serves as General Counsel, Investments at Qualitas, with responsibility for driving strategic process improvements within the investments team and overseeing the structure, negotiation and documentation of complex transactions across the firm's credit and equity businesses. With over 17 years of experience in complex commercial finance, she also provides legal guidance on transactions and investment activities.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Madeleine was a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice in Melbourne at global law firm Ashurst. She has also held senior roles with Allen & Overy across New York, London and Hong Kong, as well as positions at leading law firms in Melbourne and Sydney and in-house within a large healthcare REIT and investment bank. Madeleine is admitted to practice in New South Wales and New York.
