Lucinda leads our Investment Risk team and serves as a voting member of the Investment Committee, overseeing the full transaction lifecycle from pre-deal risk shaping through to portfolio monitoring. With close to 30 years of banking experience, she brings deep expertise across multiple credit cycles.
Prior to joining Qualitas in 2023, Lucinda held roles across credit analysis, lending authority, property risk and watchlist oversight at Westpac - experience that grounded her conviction that rigorous risk assessment at deployment and disciplined ongoing monitoring are equally critical to protecting a portfolio. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Finance.
