Limor is the Head of Origination at Starz Real Estate. She brings over 19 years of experience in Real Estate Debt Origination and Leverage Finance Credit Underwriting and is a part of the Investment Committee of Starz.
Limor joined Starz from Deutsche Bank AG where she worked as an originator in the commercial real estate debt platform. She originated over €2.0bn of loans, including development, loan on loans, hospitality, retail, office, student housing and bridge financings.
After starting her career with JPMorgan Syndicated Finance, she worked at GE Capital as the head of the Leverage Finance underwriting team and then as debt originator for Commercial Real Estate.
Limor was a Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces, she holds a Bachelor BA Accounting degree from The College of Management, Tel Aviv and an MBA degree from Erasmus University, the Netherlands.
