Jesse leads Direct Real Estate for Australia at Qualitas, based in Sydney. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, funds management, portfolio management and capital transactions across Australian and global markets.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Jesse was Head of Funds Management at Centuria Capital Group, where he was responsible for listed and unlisted property funds across the office, industrial, retail, healthcare and agriculture sectors, including institutional mandates, two sector-specific ASX-listed REITs and more than 100 open and closed-ended unlisted funds. He previously served as Centuria's Head of Industrial and as Fund Manager of the Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP). Earlier in his career he held roles at Dexus, Goodman and CBRE.
Jesse sits on the Executive Committee of the Property Fund Association (PFA) and is a member of the National Fund Managers Roundtable for the Property Council of Australia (PCA). He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Western Sydney University.
