Brendan is Senior Director, Investments at Qualitas, responsible for the origination and execution of credit opportunities across the firm's investment strategies. He brings 35 years of experience across financial services and real assets, structuring and delivering complex financing solutions.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Brendan held senior roles with Investec, McConnell Dowell and Laing O'Rourke across investment, advisory and infrastructure. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and FINSIA, and holds a Master of Commerce (Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Land Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
