Berrick leads our Australian equity platform and is responsible for the Tactical Opportunities equity investment strategy. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry across complex transactions, development management, asset management and investment advisory, he brings a breadth of expertise across the full real estate lifecycle.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Berrick was a Partner in KordaMentha's real estate business, which he co-founded in 2002, where he led a range of complex real estate development, investment and work-out engagements. Berrick is also the Founder and Chairman of the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, a not-for-profit cycling event management company that has raised over $43 million for critically ill children since its establishment in 2007.
