Tim leads our Investment Risk team, which also encompasses Development and Asset Services. In this role he is responsible for both credit and equity transaction risk across all of our investments and is Chair of the Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Qualitas Trustee Board.
Tim brings over 30 years of experience in real estate financing markets, including former senior roles at Investec Bank and NAB.
He joined Qualitas in 2011 and has a deep understanding of the firm's risk culture and its strong track record of disciplined management. During his tenure he has held several senior roles, including establishing our Sydney presence, leading the Real Estate Debt team, and serving as Global Head of Capital.
