Michelle leads our People and Culture strategy and is responsible for organisation design, reward and talent management throughout the employee lifecycle. With over 15 years of experience in human resources across financial services, she brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Michelle was Head of Total Rewards and Human Resource Operations at Vanguard Investments Australia. She previously held several HR roles at global engineering firm GHD, with a focus on total rewards and HR policy. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
