As Chief of Staff to our Group Managing Director, Kathleen supports the planning and execution of strategic projects across the business. She is also responsible for our approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG), including as a management representative on the firm’s ESG Advisory Group.
She brings over 25 years of experience in financial services across real estate and infrastructure, spanning transaction advisory, principal investment and capital raising in both public and private markets.
