Jason leads Broker Origination at Qualitas, responsible for building and executing the operating model, expanding broker and sponsor networks nationally and converting opportunities into credit investments. With 30 years of experience in property finance and banking, he brings deep expertise across the full origination lifecycle.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Jason was Senior Director, Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE. He also held roles at Wilbow Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ, focusing on structured property investments and relationship management. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Finance.
