Stuart leads Qualitas' Victorian origination team, responsible for deploying credit across the Total Return Credit and Income Credit strategies. He brings over 26 years of experience across institutional banking, structured finance, property development and relationship management in Australia and the UK.
Prior to Qualitas, Stuart was Chief Investment Officer at Satterley Property Group and spent 13 years as Managing Director at Gresham Property, providing private credit and advisory services to property developers. He also held roles within Macquarie Bank's Real Estate team. Stuart holds a Master of Commerce (Property Development) with Distinction from UWS and a First Class Honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney.
