Our journey
Founded in 2008 by Andrew Schwartz and Mark Fischer, Qualitas has grown from a three-person team into one of Australia's leading ASX-listed alternative investment managers – now more than 100 people strong, with $10.9bn¹ in funds under management and $40bn¹ worth of projects funded.
From the outset, we've taken a direct, partnership-led approach to commercial real estate finance – one that requires genuine sector knowledge and disciplined risk management to execute well. That approach hasn't changed. The scale has.
