With 20 years of experience across commodity trading, corporate law, M&A, governance and company secretarial practice, Terrie is Group Company Secretary at Qualitas, responsible for supporting the Board and senior leadership on governance, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters.
Prior to joining Qualitas in 2022, Terrie held roles at Nufarm Ltd as Corporate Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary, and as Australian Chief Commercial Officer and Company Secretary of a global sovereign wealth fund, where she managed agricultural trading, governance, and commercial matters. Earlier in her career she held roles at Holding Redlich, ANZ and global commodity trading firms Cargill and Emerald Grain. Terrie is currently a Non-Executive Director of Altora Ag, and Motherland, a national charity supporting rural mothers across Australia.
