Christina leads Execution Credit in New South Wales at Qualitas, overseeing the Sydney-based team across credit analysis and transaction execution. With around 13 years of experience in real estate finance, she works closely with sponsors and internal stakeholders on the structuring and delivery of real estate debt transactions, bringing insight from both a lender and sponsor perspective.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Christina held roles at CVS Lane, Hindmarsh and ANZ. She holds a Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney, a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of the NSW Residential Committee of the Property Council of Australia.
