With over 15 years of experience across real estate investment, advisory and capital markets, Alex is Director, Execution & Analysis at Qualitas, responsible for the execution and analysis of equity investment opportunities across the real estate sector.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Alex spent over 8 years at Planum Partners from its inception, where he advised on greenfield development, M&A and capital transactions across Australian and New Zealand real estate and infrastructure markets and was heavily involved in the firm's investments business including management of the Planum Footscray Fund. Before Planum, Alex held roles in M&A and strategy at Lend Lease and Colonial First State Global Asset Management and Commonwealth Bank.
