Nina leads Investor Relations at Qualitas, responsible for engagement with investors and analysts across the Group's listed entities, overseeing market disclosure, investor communications and strategic positioning with shareholders and key stakeholders. With over 11 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, she brings deep expertise across listed markets and corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Nina held investment banking roles at Bank of America and Macquarie Capital, advising corporates and financial sponsors across the telecommunications, technology, media, industrial, consumer and healthcare sectors on IPOs, M&A and other strategic transactions. Nina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance and International Business from the University of Sydney.
