The Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) was last year classified by Standard & Poor’s (S&P) as a Mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust (MREIT), making it the only listed fund in Australia to be classified as an MREIT.
QRI has subsequently been added to the ASX All Ordinaries Index earlier this year.
