We are very pleased to announce the successful completion of a $54m private placement for our listed credit fund, the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI). The raise had strong support from the broker and independent financial advisor network (IFA) and is in our view an indication of the ongoing search for income from investors. The new capital is to fund our strong CRE debt pipeline as the alternate lending market continues to expand.
