Our investment mandate includes all real estate asset classes and geographies and spans the entire capital structure from equity, hybrids, mezzanine debt to senior debt.

Qualitas adopts a partnership approach with its clients and investments to ensure there is a strong working relationship and alignment. We invest our own balance sheet into every investment and seek investment partners to enable scale and diversification.

Our strong knowledge of domestic real estate markets, deep industry contacts and "on-ground" infrastructure, provides us with the complementary skillsets to assess and generate superior risk adjusted returns on investment.

Advisory

Our advisory activities comprise debt, hybrid and equity capital raising, focusing on project and structured finance, as well as strategic asset or corporate finance advice.
