ProjectDevelopment of 54 apartments over 10 levels and a basement car park comprising 58 car parks. Qualitas provided mezzanine debt funding to augment senior debt funding in order to facilitate construction of the substantially pre-sold development.
The transaction was closed on August 2010 and construction is now complete.
