Qualitas has taken an equity interest in this project. Previously Qualitas executives served as Directors on the Digital Harbour (Holdings) Pty Ltd board, financial advisor, project mezzanine financier and project equity participant.

Project

Digital Harbour Precinct in the Melbourne Docklands is a 4.4ha mixed-use development site with an end value in excess of $1.2 bn.

To date, 3 buildings have been completed and are leased to a variety of tenants including Australian Customs Services, VicTrack, Telstra and Bureau of Meteorology. A fourth office building is currently under construction and will be the head offices of Melbourne Water.
